1. WHAT IS THE "TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF APARTMENT RENTAL"?
The rental regulations define the conditions under which we can make a reservation to rent an apartment. Renting an apartment is tantamount to accepting these Regulations, which our clients are obliged to follow. You can find the regulations here.
2. FOR HOW LONG CAN THE APARTMENT CAN BE RENT
BillBerry Apartments can be rented on a daily and long-term basis for several days, weeks or months.
3. FROM HOW MANY DAYS DO WE BOOK AN APARTMENT?
  • HIGH SEASON - from a minimum of 5 nights (booking of less than 5 nights possible only if it is an extension of the preceding or subsequent booking).
  • LOW SEASON - from a minimum of 2 nights.
4. FROM WHEN IS THE LOW SEASON AND WHEN IS THE HIGH SEASON?
  • The LOW season runs from 8/31 to 6/26.
  • The HIGH season runs from 6/27 to 8/30.
5. NIGHT AT THE APARTMENT (CHECK IN - CHECK OUT)
The hotel day starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends on the day of departure at at 11:00 am.
6. IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHECK IN EARLY OR LATER? ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR THIS?
Yes, provided that the chosen date does not collide with other reservations - please contact our resident. Additional charges may apply.
7. WHERE CAN I COLLECT THE KEYS TO THE APARTMENT?

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • After 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm, pickup also takes place at the office - required prior arrangement of the time of arrival.
  • Arrivals at other times under different conditions (additionally payable).

9. WHO IS A RESIDENT?
A resident is a person who hands over the keys / picks up and settles accounts with Guests for renting an Apartment the arrival / departure is during the office closing hours. The resident is appointed by our company, and the guest is informed about it prior to arrival / departure. We send the resident's data and a telephone number to contact him.
10. DOES THE PRICE DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THE APARTMENT?
The given price does not depend on the number of people arriving at the Apartment, but the Apartment cannot accommodate more people than specified in the specification of the Apartment.
11. HOW CAN I MAKE A BOOKING?

Follow the instructions below:

  • Please choose an apartment from the list to check availability for the period you are interested in --> then click on the option BOOK (pre-booking)
  • After receiving the initial confirmation email reservation, a non-returnable reservation fee (deposit) of 30% of the rental price must be paid to the bank account provided in the e-mail within 2 days. The fee will be deducted from the total amount due for the rental of the Apartment paid upon arrival at the Apartment.
  • The reservation is effective as soon as the bank account is credited.
  • After receiving the payment for the reservation, the Client will receive from us a confirmation of the reservation (Guaranteed) to the e-mail address provided when making the reservation in the reservation form and all information regarding the stay in our Apartment.
12. WHAT ARE THE FORMS OF PAYMENT FOR THE STAY?
The fee for the reservation of the Apartment should be transferred to the specified bank account by a fast and secure online transfer DotPay or debit the card credit / debit. The remainder of the rental amount must be paid upon arrival in cash or by card.
13. DO ALL APARTMENTS HAVE ACCESS TO THE INTERNET AND CABLE TV?
Yes, all our Apartments have access to free, secured Wifi and cable TV.
14. CAN I SMOKE CIGARETTES IN THE APARTMENTS?
All our Apartments are subject to a FULL NO SMOKING.
Guests who fail to comply with these rules will be fined an administrative penalty of PLN 500.
15. I'M A REGULAR GUEST, CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?
The best offer may be receivedGuests who have already been with us and book the Apartment again via e-mail.
16. I HAVE A BOOKING (GUARANTEED) CAN I MAKE A FREE CANCELLATION?
If you need to cancel your reservation, you will not be refunded the deposit. It is possible to change the booking to another convenient date - for this purpose, please contact the booking office at the phone number + 48 572 090 800 .
You can change the booking date free of charge up to 14 days before the planned arrival. subject to availability of the apartments.
17. CAN I GO WITH AN ANIMAL TO THE APARTMENTS? IS THIS ADDITIONALLY PAID?

Each stay with an animal must be reported before arrival, as not every apartment allows this option. In the description of each Apartment there is information about the possibility of the pet's stay.

The stay of the animals is additionally payable PLN 50 / day.

18. IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE A BABY COT IN THE APARTMENT?
It is possible to add a baby (tourist) cot for a one-time fee of PLN 60. Due to the limited number of cots, please inform us if you wish to use it at the stage of initial booking.
19. ARE THE BILLBERRY APARTMENTS ADAPTED TO THE DISABLED.
We offer apartments that are adapted to the needs of disabled people. Please contact the reception for an offer of available Apartments. We also have a limited number of shower seats (for disabled people). For advance reservations, please contact the Reception.
20. WILL I HAVE ANY FEES AT THE SITE?

We are obligated to collect the local (climate) tax in accordance with the provisions of the Local Taxes and Charges Act.

  • 21. HOW TO RETURN THE KEYS TO THE APARTMENT?
    The day before departure, our Resident will contact you to arrange the time of departure to collect the keys.
    The resident will come to Apartamentu. Key collection takes place in the Apartment.
    22. WHAT EQUIPMENT CAN I EXPECT IN THE APARTMENT:

    23. HOW MUCH DOES A CHILD'S STAY COST?
    Children up to 6 years of age stay for free if they sleep in bed with their parents or have their own private cot, for which no extra bedding is needed. If children are over 6 years old, charges are the same as for an adult.
    24. CAN AN ADDITIONAL PERSON BE ADDED?
    Please contact the Reception because not all apartments have the option of adding an extra cot. If it is possible to add an extra bed in a given Apartment, a camp bed fee of PLN 80 / day will be charged. We have a limited number of camp beds, therefore please book in advance.
    25. CAN I ORGANIZE EVENTS IN THE APARTMENT?
    In our It is FORBIDDEN to organize any events in the apartments. Please respect the hours of curfew and respect the comfort of others in accordance with the accepted regulations.
