Are you going to Gdynia? That's great! See which viewpoints are worth visiting!

Gdynia, a city made of sea and dreams, is one of the most developing young cities in Poland. Every year it attracts crowds of tourists. That's why it's worth seeing it from above!

The most famous and popular point is Kamienna Góra. It is located almost in the center, in one of the most prestigious districts of the city with the same name. From over 50 meters above sea level you can admire the panorama of the Gulf of Gdańsk and part of the port as well as the marina and the entrance to the yacht basin. In the distance you can also see the contours of the Hel Peninsula. It's an amazing sight. You can reach Kamienna Góra without any problems, because a high cross was erected on the top, which is illuminated at night. And the greatest rarity! You don't have to climb. A cable car will take you to the top. The ride is free.

Stone Mountain

The second recommended point is Mount Donas. This is the highest vantage point in Gdynia and in the entire Tri-City. It is a mobile telephone mast, but with an observation deck located 26 m above the ground and 231 m above sea level. It is located at the back of Gdynia's Dąbrówka district. The tower is open to the public free of charge from April to October. You can admire the panorama of Gdynia, Sopot and some districts of Gdańsk, and on a sunny day you can see the Baltic Sea and the Hel Peninsula.

Mount Donas

The next point is the Gdynia Kolibki observation tower. Its height is 28 meters above the ground, mobile phone transmitters are installed above. There are about 150 spiral stairs leading to the observation deck. However, it is worth straining your strength, because from the tower extends m. view of the Tri-City, the Tri-City Landscape Park and the Bay of Gdańsk. The tower is located at ul. Spółdzielcza in Gdynia's Orłowo district. Admission is free, entry is possible from April to the end of October.
